Swartberg Country Manor

Brief

Swartberg Country Manor wanted to expand their reach across South Africa, in particular under local travellers by 1) generating a strong online presence and 2) increasing the amount of bookings at the lodge.

Situation

Swartberg Country Manor is situated by the foot of the beautiful Swartberg Pass and is part of the hospitality group; Bushstay. They tasked us with expanding their reach across local South African travellers with the main goal to increase the amount of bums in beds.

Our Approach

We immediately created a holistic and targeted digital media strategy across Facebook, Instagram and Google to drive more traffic to the website. We also created a new, user-friendly website that encouraged online interactions and bookings.
